4 Bonuses & Promotions

5 Game Rules

- Final decision: The outcome of all games on the city66 platform is final and binding once confirmed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours.
- Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, city66 will review system records and restore the account balance based on verified data. city66 is not responsible for losses arising from the user's internet connection disruption.
- Invalid Bets: Bets placed after the official acceptance period (e.g., after a sports event has started) are invalid and will be automatically voided.

6 Accepted User Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Closure
City66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the required KYC verification process.
- Requests from relevant regulatory authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the city66 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to no pending term violations.
